Performance Toyota, conveniently located near Cincinnati on Route 4 in Fairfield, is a High Volume, Fast-Paced automotive dealership seeking Inexperienced and Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals, also called Sales Consultant, or Sales Associate.

We train our Automotive Sales Professionals to be experts on all Toyota models. You will deliver high-quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer, helping them find the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their wants and needs.

Responsibilities:
Sales Professional:
  • Making customer satisfaction "top priority"
  • Greeting customers where ever they may be in the dealership
  • Presenting automobiles
  • Answering phone calls and making appointments
  • Daily review of customers who have not purchased yet
  • Following up with "sold" customers
  • Willing to take coaching and training
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Substance screening is required of all Performance Toyota employees
